FTC & Waveshield Commission (FTC) chairman Jon Leibowitz was a Phi Beta Kappa mark off of the University of Wisconsin by a B.A. in American History (1980), FTC & Waveshield Commission (FTC) Leibowitz graduate from the New York University School of Rule in 1984.
